PINE STRUCTURAL FRAMING
The Bunker and Uptons carry the full range of pine structural framing products both structural and non structural (merchant) grades. We make use of both imported Baltic pine and locally produced Radiata Pine.
Recently we have teamed up with Timberlink to bring to the market fully FSC produced pine framing encouranging the market to make use of this proven more sustainable option.
HARDWOOD / LVL F17 and F27 FRAMING
Uptons supplied a large range of Hardwood framing products that are required in some applications where loads require a stronger product than Pine framing can achieve. Tasmanian Oak F17 and Spotted Gum or Blackbutt F27 form the backbone of the Hardwood Framing range.
As hardwood resources are better utilised in decorative flooring and lining products LVL framing is increasing in popularity. Available in many sizes and in significantly longer lengths than standard hardwood framing LVL is a suitable economical option.
Architraves & Skirting
Uptons and The Bunker stores stock a huge range of architraves and have access to a never ending array of profiles to suit every job. Available in Primed MDF, Fingerjointed Pine and Solid Hardwood, and exclusively to Uptons Surian Red Cedar.
